Maid Karma is a professional commercial and housecleaning company that offers the best cleaning solutions and customer service to our clients. We are locally owned and family operated looking to expand our team with 2-5 individuals. We offer Independent Contractor positions, that start out at a flat-rate 60% commission.
- Paid Training via “test clean” $50.00 per hour (1 hour)
- After training pay is commission based at 60% commission

Job Position Description:
Professionally clean customer offices and homes using Maid Karma’ unique cleaning procedures and products. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies and equipment, provide exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes or offices with top quality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions
- Ability to drive to and from various job sites
